Their customer service provider, 5CA, has been breached by some leet haxorz on September 20, 2025. Discord usernames, real names, email addresses, IP addresses, messages exchanged with support agents, limited billing details (such as payment type and last four digits of credit cards), and government ID images used for age verification were all compromised. Discord estimates that around 70,000 users globally had their government ID photos exposed, geg.[2]
